This notice aims to protect the legal rights of both applicants and creators participating in the Copyright Sharing Program. Please read and adhere to the following terms carefully. By applying to participate in this program, you unconditionally accept and agree to all terms.
0. Relationship Between the Copyright Holder, Operator, and Licensee

All copyrights and related intellectual property rights of the VONVERSE setting and framework (including but not limited to names, concepts, characters, and story structures) are exclusively owned by the original creator, VON.

Jigen United Corporation (Japan) is the sole legally authorized global operator licensed by the original creator, VON.

Jigen United Corporation (Japan) is responsible only for the global operation of VONVERSE, while all additions, modifications, and adjustments to VONVERSE shall be solely decided by the original creator, VON.

All applicants worldwide (i.e., those applying for the VONVERSE Copyright Sharing Program) fall within the authorized scope of Jigen United Corporation (Japan). As the only global licensing operator of VONVERSE, Jigen United Corporation (Japan) has the right to grant, deny, suspend, or terminate authorizations in accordance with these terms.
1. Copyright Protection and Scope of License

Licensed creators may freely use the VONVERSE setting and framework within the explicitly authorized scope during the authorization period (1 to 5 years). However, this license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. The ownership and integrity of the VONVERSE setting and framework remain with VON.

Upon expiration of the authorization period, the creator must immediately cease using the VONVERSE setting and framework. If the creator wishes to continue using it, they must submit a renewal application before the expiration date. Continued use is permitted only after approval.

Creators must complete their works within the authorized period and register them with Jigen United Corporation (Japan).

All revenue from registered works belongs 100% to the creators.

Works that are not completed within the authorized period or are completed but not registered will not be recognized as part of the Copyright Sharing Program.
2. Prohibition of Misrepresentation and Unauthorized Use

Creators agree that authorization is strictly limited to original derivative works and may not alter, sell, transfer, or redistribute the VONVERSE setting and framework without prior authorization.

Creators also agree not to misinterpret, distort, or deliberately modify the content of the VONVERSE setting and framework. -
The following acts constitute serious violations of the licensing terms and may result in immediate termination of the authorization and potential legal consequences:

Infringement of third-party rights

Engagement in illegal activities

Promotion of violence, discrimination, or hate speech

3. Responsibilities of the Creator

Licensed creators agree to maintain originality in their works based on the VONVERSE setting and framework. They shall ensure that their works do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.

Additionally, creators bear the responsibility of ensuring that their commercial activities comply with local laws and regulations.
4. Disclaimer

VON and Jigen United Corporation (Japan) assume no legal liability for any derivative works created by licensed creators based on the VONVERSE setting and framework. This includes but is not limited to:

Intellectual property infringement

Business losses
-
Third-party claims
-

All legal risks and liabilities arising from the creator’s works shall be borne solely by the creator.

VON and Jigen United Corporation (Japan) do not guarantee the success or profitability of any derivative works.
5. Termination of Authorization

If a creator violates any of the terms stated in this notice, Jigen United Corporation (Japan) reserves the right to immediately terminate their authorization.

Additionally, Jigen United Corporation (Japan) reserves the right to pursue legal action against any infringement.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Jigen United Corporation (Japan) is located.

In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of Jigen United Corporation (Japan) for resolution.
